di dalam sesebuah project, kita wajib ada "interface" system. di mana melihat antara dua sistem berfungsi mengikut peraturan yang telah di tetapkan.
kepentingan "interface" ini, memberi penjelasan yang baik untuk memberitahu "scope of work" antara dua sistem.
saya memberi contoh di mana "interface" antara "Automatic Train Wash Plant, ATWP" dan "guideway beam".
ATWP adalah "design lead"  - membekalkan "Train Wash Plant" dan memberitahu "interfacing party" dimensi keseluruhan ATWP tersebut.
"Guideway Beam" adalah "interfacing party" yang akan memastikan "the beam" dalam keadaan yang lurus dan terbahagi kepada bahagian yang mempunyai "power rail" dan tidak mempunyai "power rail" di dalam ATWP.
